of annuities and life insurance products distributed throughout
the US by an established group of independent distributors.
Among his many accomplishments is his leadership of the retail
business strategy development for Old Mutual US, an effort
that aligned markets analysis, products, pricing, and distribution
as well as advertising, to successfully raise brand visibility
and extend the company’s domestic market reaches.
In 2006, Mr. Parker became CEO of Old Mutual

of markets around the world. He also built a comprehensive
strategy focused on the Baby Boomer and Hispanic markets in
the US and the affluent offshore markets, growing revenues
from $5.0 billion to over $8.2 billion in two years, and increased
overall profitability from $210 to $620 million. Mr. Parker
began his tenure with the company when he was recruited to
lead a transition team successfully integrating the Fidelity

Bill
Driscoll
Top Gun Pilot
Commander
William P. Driscoll '68, U.S.N.R., one of the most highly
decorated living Naval Aviators of the last fifty years, has
a message for people of all ages. Whether his audience is
a classroom of Navy jet fighter pilots going through the TopGun
Course Naval Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California,
an auditorium filled with Stonehill students, Lou Holtz, and
the University of Notre Dame football team or the youngsters
he coaches on the little league baseball and soccer teams
in his community, his message is always the same - make a
commitment to do your best, stay focused and persevere. It's
as simple as that. What is not simple is developing the self-discipline
that it takes to accomplish your objectives, to do the very
best that you are capable of doing no matter how difficult
the task. Bill explains his philosophy to groups. He mesmerizes
the audience with his unclassified version of the "Air
Combat" presentation that he delivers to every TopGun
class.

President
Vector One
www.vector-one.com
1-800-851-8559
Vector One provides powerful
information to managers and executives accountable for the
bottom line impact of agent performance. If you ever wondered
how much new premium revenue you have to generate to offset
debit balance losses, or if you are about to expand the size
of your agent force, Vector One is a great opportunity for
your company. It is not often that something this inexpensive
can potentially save your company tens of thousands of dollars.
Vector One provides specific information, addressing a very
costly problem, tailored for the insurance industry. Vector
One is the least expensive, most cost-effective agent screening
and commission-management tool available.
Vector One’s founder and CEO, Rick Dugger
started Vector One in 1989,after a successful career with
three Fortune 500 companies. Vector One helps companies manage
relationships with agents who have histories of "company
jumping" and leaving companies owing debit balances.
Vector One is the insurance industry’s only source for
this very important information…it’s database
of agents with commission-related debit balances is not publicly
available: It can only be accessed by Vector One subscribers
via Vector One’s secured web portal, and is the only
database of its type. Credit reporting agencies only track
consumer transactions; an agent’s debit balance is a
commercial transaction, and cannot be obtained from a credit
reporting agency. Again, this is not public information…there
is no other source. Vector One is truly “due-diligence
insurance” for the insurance industry.

Mr.
Paul Lee, Vice President, Sales
Sales Activity Management
Sales Activity Management is more than just our name... it is the belief that we all have the potential to achieve great things and activity management doesn't leave success to chance. It is a concept that inspires, builds confidence, empowers and helps people become their best. We are a field-driven company that believes every sales professional deserves the best tools and leadership to help them succeed and grow. Our goal is to make success available to everyone. The company was founded by a veteran insurance agent committed to success who was both determined to get the block of business he managed growing again and frustrated at the high turnover of salespeople in his organization. He set out to find the answers and to make a difference.
Knowing that "success leaves clues", he looked back at the times he had the most sales success in the past and found these common threads: it was when he was very focused and kept close track of how many clients and prospects he was calling on daily. After realizing this, he decided that he needed to get back to the basics and in control of his workday, and became a time management junkie, attending many of the popular time management courses available and listening to so many audiotapes that his car was practically a university on wheels. He studied about many of the most successful sales leaders and organizations in the country and became convinced that you can't manage time — at least not literally — you can only manage activities. "As a matter of fact," he thought, "activities are the only thing you really can control."
